Course 1: Industrial Single Needle Sewing Machine Know-how

Note: Seat limited to 10 persons only.

Introduction: this course is designed for studying and to obtain professional know-how on single needle sewing machines operation, maintainence, automation, sewing skills, and how to create binding, shirring, taping, elastic sewing, zipper sewing, heavy duty sewing, leather sewing, and how to use various attachemet, folders and presser foot for professional design and sewing, There are 7 sections in this course, designed for begainers, fashion students, seamstress to develop their knowledge and skills up to professional level.

Section #1: how many type of Single Needle Machines, general machine, heavy duty machine, Jean machine, walking foot machine, lock stitch machine, chain stitch machine, application and difference.

Section #2: how to use single needle machines to make general sewing, features, functions on general machine, and automatic machines, operation skills and professional operations.

Section #3: how to develop more functions and applications on single needle machines to make binding, hemming, etc by using folder attachements.
Section #4: how to sew piping, elastic, shiring, cord, should strap, lace attaching, etc by using customize press foot attachement.

Section #5: General maintenance and update of sewing technology.

Section #6: sewing trouble shooting, sewing machine trouble shooting,

Section #7: Sewing technology consultation time,

Time: January to December 2010 in schedule, pre-registration is required.
