Cost:
In our shop: from $20, our technician will inspect machines, if parts and more repairs are needed, we will estimate the service rate for customer.
On customer's site: we charge $65/hour for on-site-service, appointment is required. Service rate will base on service time on site plus driving surcharge. Or quote in advance for specific project.
Technical Service:
We repair and service on the following:
 Juki, Adler, Brother, Sunstar, Geo Knight, Gore-tex, Pfaff, Siruba, and most of other brands.
Sewing machines, attachements, heat press machines, seam sealing machines, sewing production facilities, pattern sewing machines,
and most of equipments in sewing industries.

Tune up service:
Tune up service is important to all sewing machines, once a year or longer/shorter period depends on usage
If the motor uses electric brush, the brush must be replaced on time, otherwise,
the motor will be damaged.
If the sewing machine oil changes color or too dirty, it will result in machine worn
out or even damage.
If jam and stuck hide inside machine, it must be resolved.
If grease or oil is not refilled, the moving mechanism will worn out.

Repair service:
Home sewing machine:
Home sewing machines are recommend to be sent to our shop for service. We also
arrange pick up and delivery.
Industrial sewing machine:
On site service is prefered by most customers, please make appointment in
advance.
The machines can be delivered to shop for repair and service. We arrange pickup
and delivery.
Some machines can be delivered with only sewing head or wrong portion.
