1. If machine and items are used on Fraser Sewing site, reservation for items, space and schedule time is required, email or call for availibility.

2. When sewing machines are in rent, machines are equipped with standard tools and accessories. Any other extra tools, needles, bobbins, parts and accessories should be purchased seperately.

3. Customer is responsible to have the knowldege and skills in items or machines operation and usage, there is operation manual with machines. Should any training is required from Fraser Sewing, there will be charge for teaching or training labor charge $45/hr, minimum 1 hour charge.

4. Sewing machines will come in standard setup, should any peticular adjustment and setup be required, there will be technician labor charge $60/hour, minimum 1 hour charge.

5. During machine is rented, should any problem happened, and technician service is required, there will be technician service charge at $60/hour, minimum 1 hour charge.

6. After renting, the machine and all attached parts should be as good as original. should machines or parts be damaged or abnormally worn out, there will be charge on service labor and parts.

7. Price for rent includes machines, standard tools and accessories, electric consumption, air consumption if apply, and standard space occupation.

8. Customer is responsible for safety of person and personal belongings.

9. If machines or items are rent for use out of Fraser Sewing site, customer is responsible for transporation and transporation insurance.

10. In case of for use out of Fraser Sewing site, full amount of security deposit of items price plus tax is required. Deposit can be made by Credit Card or Cash. Promotion price and special price discount do not apply, regular market price will be used for deposit amount. For companies who has credit record with Fraser Sewing do not need to pay security deposit. For Credit Card deposit, a valid ID with picture is required as well.

11. Fraser Sewing will have a rent item checking list, including detaild and specific description of machines, list of tools, parts and accessories with quantity and condition description record.

12. Flexible rent time from 1 hr to 1 day, and days to week, months, years etc. Longer time will have good rent discount.

2. Domestic home sewing machines in various level, entry level to advanced quilting, embroidery machines, starting from $35/day, price may changes according to its machine value and functions.
