| Needle style: DPx17, size 14 ~ 26, please ask our technician about needle size related to material. |
| Needle installation: insert needle all the way up. the right needle scarf is facing to right, the left needle scarf to left. |
| Needle replacement: replace needle when needle is dull, bent and soft. |
| Thread tension: check actual tension on fabric, adjust top thread and bottom thread in balance. For top thread tension, turn tension knobe clockwise to increase tension, or counterwise. |
| Bobbin: use quality bobbin, and replace bobbin if there is any damage or burrs. Threading the bobbin into bobbin case correctly. |
| Lubrication: manual lubricate machines once a week by drop one drop of oil to related spots as instructed in machine manual or as instructed by technician. |
| Sewing tricks: when loading new bobbin, before start sewing, always bring bottom thread out of needle plate and pull on back under the middle presser foot; |
| It is recommended to bring machine to Fraser Sewing for tune up service once a year. This tune up service includes cleaning, lubricate, machine alignment checking, wearing checking, sewing condition checking and correction. |
